Commercial and Civil Mediation
COMMERCIAL DISPUTES
Commercial is any dispute directly or indirectly linked to commerce.
Providing that for such a dispute private law is applicable, i.e. the dispute is between two or more natural or legal persons, it can be resolved through mediation.
Commercial disputes do not affect only merchants, but in fact any other natural or legal person related to them in any way.
Therefore, in this category we can list disputes:
- among merchants
- among merchants and their providers
- among merchants and consumers
- among consumers and insurance companies
- among shareholders
- etc
In this category and using as criteria the kind of the disputes, we can list disputes in relation with:
- check, bills of exchange and other securities
- intellectual property
- industrial property

- services offered to consumers
- etc

Civil is any dispute among natural or legal persons ruled by Civil Law.
